No.5 The Mews – Teddy’s Cottage is a newly renovated self catering apartment which sleeps up to 2 guests. The apartment still holds its original character with high ceilings and beams. The apartment has beautiful views over the Hertfordshire countryside.
We have excellent travel links whilst still remaining secluded and peaceful.
Teddy’s Cottage is newly renovated whilst still maintaining its classic charm. There is space to sleep 2 in the large bedroom, with a king size bed on the upper canopy. The front wall is a glass, so provides ample natural light. The living area has a sofa and coffee table as well as a smart TV. This apartment also features a workspace for those travelling on business.
In the kitchen area, dining table with space for two to enjoy a meal either prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, or ordered from the wide variety of restaurants in close proximity who deliver, or the table can be used as a workspace. The kitchen includes an oven/grill, microwave, stove, fridge, kettle and toaster. There will also be dishes, silverware, glasses and wine glasses as well as children’s dishes provided for your stay. Alongside the children’s dishes, a high chair can be provided upon request. We will also ensure that you have tea, coffee and milk for your arrival as well as basic cleaning products. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating and is set between 18 and 22 degrees celsius.
On the upper level, you will find the bedroom which is beautifully presented with a king size bed, space to store clothes with hangers. There are blinds to ensure you have a peaceful nights sleep.
The bathroom in this apartment is on the lower level. There is a large shower bath, toilet and sink.
All linen, towels and an initial supply of toilet roll is provided as well as basic soap and a hairdryer. No shampoo and conditioner are provided. A travel cot can be provided upon request.
In front of the apartment there is a lovely outside area that you will have full use of. There is a table and bench which you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Beaumont Hall parkland.
This apartment is 5 of 7 apartments, due to this, we please ask that you respect other guests and keep noise levels low after 8pm. There is private parking onsite for one car per apartment. Please drive round to the left and part in consideration of others. Please DO NOT drive over the hedge.
